DB Real Estate has confirmed the letting of a prime retail unit, just a month after the previous tenant vacated the unit!
Nigel Dickason at DB Real Estate stated “this is great news for Camberley town centre and a clear sign that retail units in the Camberley area are continuing to attract occupiers even in this difficult economic climate”.
The letting was agreed unbelievably quickly and what is more, the tenant was in occupation within a matter of a week!
