DEALS DONE – Existing occupier expands in Aldershot
We are very pleased to announce the letting of Unit 5, Fairfax Industrial Estate, Eastern Road, Aldershot, a modern industrial unit of 4,384 sq ft. After a great deal of negotiation the unit has been let to the adjoining occupier Euro Car Parts who wanted to expand but like so many companies today, had pressure on budgets. Euro Car Parts has taken a new 10 year lease with no break clauses at a competitive rent but no rent free period was granted. The expansion of an existing Aldershot occupier is good news for the local economy.
