DEALS DONE – Prime Retail Letting In The High Street, Camberley
DB Real Estate have arranged the letting of a prime retail unit at 33 High Street, Camberley, on behalf of the landlords to Karak Chaii. The unit is opposite one of the main entrances into, and out of, The Square, the main covered shopping area, and just a few doors away from McDonalds, Toni and Guy and HSBC Bank.
The new tenant has taken a new 15 year lease, at a rent rising to £45,000 per annum in years 3, 4 and 5. The tenant is RZI Group Ltd, trading as Karak Chaii. Karak Chaii have a nationwide presence and approx. 28 branches up and down the UK so far but are continuing to expand with plans for another 50 stores both in the UK and across the world. Karak Chaii serves Indian street food and of course Chaii and will be a great addition to the F & B offering in Camberley.
